Full Version: Engine swap... will it fit 3.0L

So a guy brings his car into the shop I work at. I figure he'll never miss the engine if I replace it with mine. I'm sure his 3.0L flat six will fit into my NARP. My friend figures the engine would be best in the back of his VW Buggy. We'd better move fast as the rear clip comes off tomorrow.

Oh yeah, the motor has been worked on a bit at some Cali shop. I hear it's putting out over 600hp. Sounds like a hoover when running.

Good point. I wonder if that's what these two huge pipes are for in the trunk just above the battery.

What if you drain the water, does that convert it into an air-cooled engine???
