found these two 1970s locally. one is very close to being a driver and the other is a nice parts car that is compete. i am hoping this allows me to have a roadworthy 914 for the season while i take my time repairing my '73. running out of jackstands though as i have two up now in the garage. i did get the car running pretty good and drove it down the driveway so i dont think i am too far away.

SOT, but what's up with the older BMW in the last picture. My wife would kill me but I'd love to have another.

bought new in 85, drove for 10 years then gave to my nephew who drove it for the next 10 years. he is somewhat challenged automotively and doesnt want to put money into it so i have it back and will eventually do all the small stuff it needs. only 110,000 miles and runs strong.

build the one with the least rust.
