i think the picture loading confusion can be coming from this ( TREE ) icon at top of the screen.

my guess is some try to use it instead of the box below this text box.

They are two different things for two different functions. Both of which are epxlained in the FAQ thread, Adding Pictures to Your Post

Those two are completely different functions, both of which have their use.

I think you're right. I edited the text in the pop-up window to help clarify.
