I am planing to covert from tail to side. I want to be sure that I have all the parts.

so far I have the following:
transmission,
shift rod,
rod pin to trany
engine mount bar with hole

I was told that, unlike my current tail shift, the bar is bolted straight to the shasis without a mount or busshing using a shorter screw, but I will need mounts to bolt it to the engine.

I ordered 2 short bolts and the engine mount.

Am i missing anything?

I never removed a shifter before, will the rod fit straight into the shifter?
I was looking at other thread and they get me all confused.
