James' engine has some little stuff missing.
Two steps forward, one step back. Every time I try to move forward getting the engine built up, I find a little thing missing that stops me in my tracks.
I need the spacer bushing that goes on this stud for the bellcrank console:

There's a spacer that goes on the alternator shaft here and a woodruff key that certainly won't be found at the hardware store:

Joe,
I'm converting from CIS to webers so I don't think I'll need this bushing, confirm my suspicion (not needed to secure my shroud with webers) and they're yours.

If you're using a stockish throttle linkage for your Webers, you will need to hold on to the console bushing.
