Most people who registered for the WCC indicated they were interested in an event shirt.

Before you order one of these, I want to let you in on a secret.
There will be 1 and probably 2 sponsor T-shirts as part of each goodie bag.
If you would like to pay extra for a custom embroidered shirt, this is your chance.
These 100% cotton polo shirts are also available to 914 Club members who are not going to attend the event.

The price is $15 each. If you are not able to pick up your shirt at the WCC, please add $4 for postage.

If you want to order polo shirts you must act fast. The deadline is noon on Thursday May 13th.
Payment by PayPal to goflyakite@cox.net is preferred.
If you are going to send a check you must contact me by PM or your order will not be accepted.
Extra shirts will not be ordered. If you want one, this is your only chance.

YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CAREFULLY PREPARED AND SHIPPED TODAY VIA CALIFORNIA OVERNIGHT FOR TUESDAY JUNE 1 DELIVERY.

I have the the priority mail boxes addressed and ready to go for the people who ordered shirts and will not be at the WCC. My schedule is jammed up on Tues. & Wed. so I am not sure if I will be able to get them in the mail before I leave town.

The shirts have arrived.

I should get to the Pruneyard sometime Thursday afternoon. I guess we are all meeting on the roof of the parking garage @ 7 for a photo (and plans). I expect the action will be around the cars in the parking lot before then.

I will not be at the breakfast on Friday. I joined the group that has the track rented for the day. You can catch me before or after the group photo at Laguna Seca.

At any of the events you can easily find my van / car / trailer. I will be flying a flag just like my avatar.

We meet at the Pruneyard parking garage at 7:30pm for a brief meet and greet time...might go to 8:30-9:00pm. I would recommend getting chow before then.

There won't be any organized photos...but lots of amateur photos I am sure...

Looks great! enjoy the WCC.

FWIW, the pruneyard EXPLODES thur and fri evenings. Getting a large party seated past 7 will be a nightmare. It might work if we put ourselves on a waiting list and check back periodically (like Jeff does for our IHOP breakfasts) instead of waiting around inside the eatery.
