I'm getting something shipped from Canada and since the items have already been taxed once when coming into the US from England, I feel the government has made enough money on the parts.

Can these be "gifted" or "sampled" or what??

Large items (rims) so it might be difficult to pass off as something small and cheap....

thanks

Mark the Crate "Center Fussion Tubes". See what happens.

Mark on the crate " WMD" and you will get them there in less than 24 hours. (escorted) And you won't have to worry about the duty. laugh.gif

If the seller can document that they were imported from the USA to Canada (include copys of their importation) and state on the bill of sale that the items are being re-exported back to the USA you shouldn't have any problems.

The seller might also be able to claim back the import duties and GST that they payed when they imported them.

could'nt you mark the value at like $5 or $10. I try to lower the value a bit on the countries that tax parcels

It might be easier/cheaper to have Dylan send the rims back to Revolution, as a product return and then have Revolution ship them to you.

Dylan should be able to get his GST back, in about 6 months. rolleyes.gif

Hahahahahahahaha! They tax everything here. I just paid GST on my tire tax ohmy.gif NAFTA is only for people who could afford to pay anyway.
Actually car parts are not normally dutied. Revolution was honest about there country of origin and there is no NAFTA with GB.

Nafta only includes Canada, Mexico and the USA. You still have to pay your taxes (here GST) in the USA (FET) and Mexico they are called bribes. biggrin.gif

Actually the FET is hidden in the price of the goods before you buy the goods, so you don't know your getting screwed. Unlike our GST which is up front about it.

What NAFTA did was eliminate duties on goods, unless you belong to a special interest group and can afford to spend money on a elected official who has special taxes imposed on "your" now protected goods.

all clear now? blink.gif
