It took me a while to get motivated again, but today after a 5 month hiatus, I finally worked on the teener again

Dropped the 2.0 fourbanger by myself
All went pretty smooth. No broken or stuck bolts. That sure was nice for a change
Only thing that broke was one of the wheels of the furniture dolly (while supporting the engine)
The thing was rated 450#... yeah right!

This also gave me a chance for a closer inspection of the engine compartment
Everything looks surprisingly clean and solid.
No rust in the hell-hole, but there is a really weird big bolt sticking out of it (see pic below)

Next stop is the gastank and dashboard frame...

Most of all, I'm just glad I enjoy working on the car again

Plugging up the drain hole so no water comes in from below ?

Nope... ground wire is hooked up a little higher...
