Marked difference between 1.7/1.8 and the 2.0 Liter
muffler "bracket". The 2.0 Liter bracket accepts the
muffler flanges a couple of inches lower.

I just picked up a set of 2.0L h/e's for the 'Batmobile' ... I'm also looking for the same type of muffler hanger (73~74 2.0L).

I have all of that stuff, but I'd rather sell it all as a lot.

He got a sweet deal on SS HEs and a Bursch muffler up at Hershey. Lucky Fucher.

If you have money to burn, Engmanparts dot com sells a nice 2.0 hanger.

Damn, wish I had known...I'm trying to sell those same parts....AND I have an exhaust hanger. Oh well.
