Can someone go over the proper procedure for adjusting your shifter properly. I installed a shorter throw shifter and I know it needs some tweeking. Thanks

it's definetily trial and error though. just try to pay attention to where you start, in case you cant shift after you finish

Side-shift or tail-shift? The Haynes book has a reasonable procedure for the side-shift linkage. Not sure about the tail-shifters. And, of course, Dr. E. has procedures written up in the many pages linked in his sig. And Pelican has a tech article on the subject...
