Looking for the 914/6 bellcrank that mounts on the back of the tranny. Thought I had 2 of them and turns out I have 911 units, Oops. I have LOTS to trade. Just looking to get the last few bits for a 6 conversion.

Bruce,
Most of the bellcranks are only tacked in one place. You can gently grind weld down with dremel tool and rotate to -6 position and re-weld.

Isnt the 914/6 bellcrank longer through? Anyone have a 6 bellcrank I can borrow then to make one?

Bruce, I've got one you can borrow. Otherwise Rich Johnson is the guy to contact for new.

I thought Rich's was a conversion kit that bolted on, not a Stud & BellCrank

The way I read his ad is that he wanted an original

I do want original, I am doing a conversion but using as many 6 bits as I can, and Ive gathered a nice collection so far. I have the rest of a original 6 linkage up to the carbs except the bellcrank on the trans.

I could take it off my car and let you copy it ....
Maybe I think about that

There seems to be a few different styles of those bellcranks.
I have made some of the 911 ones useable for a 6.
FWIW some are brazed and some are welded.

Lou's looks like a 6'er part.
