I am changing the rear springs in my car and found that i have Bilstein shocks in the rear - Question:

1. are all Bilstein Shocks adjustable and if so, how do you adjust them?

They appear to have some rings around them that suggest you can lower the bottom retainer, but i can figure out how to move it. and after my "plastic bag" episode the other night - i want to make sure i dont screw things up.

Thanks

That is the adjustable spring perch. It is basically a c-clip that fits in the grooves, and the perch rests on it. I used pliers and scrrewdrivers to pop one end out, and then slide it down or up to the next groove. It can scratch your paint on the shocks, so be careful if thats important to you.
