Full Version: Where to get a window squeegee track?

Hello.. well I am going about replacing the window squeegee's on my 72 914. The pass side was easy but when I went to replacing the drivers side it seems to be either different or someone in the past rigged up a different squeegee because it isnt the slide out type. The rubber seems to be bonded onto the track somehow?
Does anyone know where I could just get a new track so I can install the oem style squeegee? I have only been able to find the rubber but no track... Thanks.

I got a used one from AA; however, suspect you could find one by putting in a WTB in the classified's. I'd double check what you have first though to make sure that the PO didn't glue the rubber in. I'd cut it out or otherwise remove it to see whether there is a proper groove.
