Can you help me figure out how these go in?

What kind of engine? FI?

I thought of DD's article on Pelican:

The top plastic line is the feed line. The bottom plastic line the return from the Pressure Reg.

Pelican has a diagram with the routing as well. This should help with the plastic lines. The center line you see, goes to the cold start valve.
