In the past few days I've received a few e-mails from members on this board through the 914club automatic e-mail system, but when I try to reply to them I end up sending an e-mail to the 914 club. No way to respond to the sender that I can see.
The last was was kinda cryptic and I have only one way to respond to him.

sending an e-mail through the BBS just confuses me

Sammy, you're nuts. It works fine. Just hit "reply" to the email and don't dick with the address. I'll send you a test email. If you don't get it in 5 minutes, PM me.

all it (the BBS) does is put "914club" as a alias in the from header, there's still the persons REAL email address behind that alias ...

just hit reply, it'll go to the right person ...

OK, I admit it. it is me.
I saw the 914club addy in the reply to thingy and said to myself, "self, I don't want to reply to the 914 club" so i didn't.
Oh well , I never claimed to be no 'puter wonk
