Hi,
Please refresh my memory, does this fitting circled in red turn
on the line or is it just part of the line? I can't remember. Trying
to separate these with no luck so far today, and would much rather
pull down while wrenching this than push up on its mate.

Thanks

That is part of the line. The mobile fitting is on the flexible line end of 18/1 smile.gif

Thanks, one less thing I will break in the short term.

Mark,
I changed the oil on my "6" last month.Isn't it both flared fittings to drain the oil out of the tank that turn ?? I forget...Anyone know where to get part #18/2?? Good luck,914

For changing the oil, you are un-doing 19 and 19/1 (not in picture). Yes, both of
those fittings turn. The circled part on the long hard line is only disconnected
for engine drop.

Part # 18/2 seems to be 999-702-132-50, available at pelican, autoatlanta, others.
I'm lucky enough to have most of the small bits already.
