Is this the correct line and is it positioned properly? Looks kinda close to the suspension. How do you get a wrench in there to tighten it up?

Looks okay. Even with the stock tank, you would need
a really weird wrench to get in there. Tighten before installing
tank.
I can't tell, you should have a hook to support the other end
of the line where it connects to the next line. In my pic these
are not stock lines, so it doesn't look right. Hook won't be
there if it's a conversion but you can make something up.

That all looks right Kevin. With the tank in place, it's not easy to get that line on the tank. Mark is correct in that it's better to put the oil line on the tank before installing the tank.

One tip I'll offer; when mating the oil lines get them snug by hand and then rotate the two fittings against each other to sort of "lap" the mating surfaces, and I rotatate them a few degrees while tightening until they are too tight to move (making sure the lines are in the desired orientation), and then tightenen AMAP.
