I met with the machinist recently and I am going to do another small run of these.
If you are interested, please post here.

After I do the inspection, I will post availability.
(It will probably take about 3 weeks before I have anything to inspect.)

...The kit repaces all of the bushings in the support tube, and both ends of the
pivot arm that lifts the headlight. It also includes a beefier pivot pin which
has an additional E-clip groove machined into it to keep the pivot arm from
sliding inboard/outboard. The pivot pin has a thicker cross-section at the
thread relief (where most of them fail).
This kit will removes the vibrational jitters when the headlights are running
at night and and smoothes the movement during deployment and stowing.

For those who are running GT Cable pulls,
you could use the support tube bushings and pivot pins and hardware.
If any of you are running GT Cable pulls, and would like to replace
the bushings, I would need to know the internal diameter of the heim interface
of the shock, that could increase/decrease the shaft diameter of the pivot pin and
E-clip groove.

It would not increase the cost of manufacturing the pivot pin, I would need
to know it before hand to ensure a correct interface.

...I'm sorry, I was walking through my garage and tripped over the jack and bumped this...
