I'm looking to replace the original carpeting in my 914 but I wanted to see if anyone had recommendations on which brand / type to buy, as well as any ones to stay away from. Also, where should I purchase this from? How much should I expect to spend?

There's a pretty nice kit from morphenspectra. Check the 914 Parts and Resources forum for 914 Appearance and Performance. It's a decent kit (well cut) that won't break the bank.
I'm hoping to recieve my morphencarpet tomorrow.
