I prefer stock finish on 914-4 Fuchs.
Rather than chrome, I would recommend polishing if you want to go the bling route..

Followed by a clear coat so you don't need to continually polish them.

Those looks great if you ask me. If you know anybody else that wants a set in the original finish let me know, about to sell a set as soon as I get them cleaned up.

IIRC those are actually polished Fuchs not chromed....
Use the bling for every day and the Factory finish for concours...
They look great on the car Rob!

those weren't stock either....I polished the lips and petals on those by hand....

I voted stock/refurbed vs. polished/chromed, so it looks like when your Dad had it.
So is Buddy all set for her next resto in 2041 or so!!??
