I am looking for a better rendering than the factory stuff that was on the web. The Frame specs I have seen from other companies like Mitchell are awesome, not a sorry ass B&W photo with Black arrows drawn on it. like the stuff I have right now.

If you measure 5 different cars you'll really start to see that those numbers are more of guidlines, than rules. biggrin.gif Don't sweat it too much. If it's within 1/8 inch you're at least as close as the factory on a good day.

I realize that. I am just trying to make the amount of work for the chassis guy the least so he can be in a good mood while getting my chassis perfect. I figured if worse comes to worse he can mirror the undamaged side.

What does the damage to your car look like Brett?

I have that picture and the other one shot from the underside of the car. The one that is suppose to show the pick up point locations.

here is a pic of the car. The left rear suspension has at least a 1/8 inch toe out after I ground the mounting points. When I hit the curb it tried to fold the rear trailing arm mount under the car. It has started to break a few welds. I am going to have them pull it and then I'll reweld it and beef it up some.

If either the inner or outer suspension console has damage that includes wrinkling or tearing, I would recommend going to the trouble of cutting it off the car. Then you can either straighten and reweld or find an undamaged piece to use as a replacement.
If the main frame rail area has some damage too then pull it out before cutting off the console.
BTW, you can use a trailing arm pivot shaft and outer bracket bolted together to check the alignment of the two consoles to each other. It's easier than holding up a whole trailing arm.
Don't worry about a lot of dimensional details. Once all 4 wheels can be aligned the car will be fine.

I figured to have it pulled and then start looking at replacing the mount. I want the chassis right before I go any further. Yeah i was looking for another set of trailing arm pivot shafts but all of mine are in the arms. Seems as though that set i sold you was the last free set i had. Guess I am going to have to knock one out for this purpose.

This shop that I am working with uses a Blackjack frame machine. The owner told me they have done two Vipers and a 355 in the last year so I trust the guy operating it, I just want to make the job as painless as possible.
