I saw this ad in the local paper yesterday for a pair of Koni's for $20

I got there and they were never used , and had only been taken out of the box. The only problem is that I can't Identify the number on them.

Its 82R-1730 and is definately a Koni number, but its not on their site index.

Does anyone know what kind these are (or if these are even for a 914 ) ?
