Hi All -
I am running fuel lines this week (after Paul Abbot saved my tail on a Weber issue - *phew*.......). I am looking for a simple fuel distribution block - single inlet, two outlet with a prvision for a pressure guage. Any reccommendations?

There are so many out there. I was thinking of ordering this one (see pic), mouting it so the fuel enters from the bottom, then replacing the outlet barbs with 45 deg versions pointing toward each carb (to avoid bends in the fuel line). Being that this will be mounted on the rear firewall (above where the tranny meets the motor) I could then put the guage simply facing straight out and up.

Oh, and no, I will not be using the hose clamps pictured... ha!

That type of hose clamp is simple and effective, as long as it's not overstressed on installation. Works fine, better than the screw clamps, with the pressures you're running.

With the Holley "red" fuel pump & regulator.
They also have the 45 degree hose barbs, but youll probably want to step the size down from (3/8" NPT) first.

Thanks Stu - I saw that one as well. I really didn't want the "Jegs" logo, but now realise the guage will cover it up anyway, so it's a non-issue. What guage did you go with?

What size fittings did you step the lines down to?

I am now thinking that the fuel should come in through a 90 deg fitting from the top, so I would be mounting the block upside down (at least as far as the Jegs logo is concerned)

I havent even put it in yet.
If I recall correctly, I took it from the 3/8" at the inlet to 5/16" at the outlet.
I think that is standard on Weber 40IDFs.
