A few months ago there was a guy selling custom dash faces on E-bay.

Brushed aluminum, carbon fiber, etc.

He would custom make the faces to your specs (no radio plate, custom cut for dash switches, etc.).

It is not the 9xauto ad I am thinking of... as in here..

When you find out post their name here, I'm interested too, if the price isn't too high. I think either a brushed alumn (to accent my pedals and shifter), CF (modern take on the basket weave look) or body-color painted dash face would look nice.
