Sorry for all the question on 5 lug conversion, but I need to get it real soon. So will the front assembly from a 90-94 C2 work? Would there need to be any modifications? Would this bolt up to the 914 A-Arms?

No way you can bolt this up...
These struts are a completely different design
EVERYTHING is different on a C2 (or later 911) from a 911 through '89 (torsion bar style cars)
