I have a 1.7 with the 1.8 big bore kit. Would you know if the valves should be set to the 1.7 or 1.8 specs?

I believe that 1.7 and 1.8 valves are set the same. Only the 2.0 exhaust valve has a different setting, because it's sodium filled.

.006 for both intake & exhaust on both the 1.7 and 1.8.

set them to 004 (all of them) if you want some more punch!
