I have several sets of used Porsche lug nuts for use with 5 lug wheels with studs. They are real Porsche lug nuts with the correct radius on the contact area. Most are in good to fair used condition with most of the original anodizing on them. $35 per set or $2 each for singles. Pictures to be added.

These are the aluminum lug nuts. You bought a set of steel lug bolts for alloy wheels.

I have more of those and still have the same price on them of $75 a set of 16

These are $35 for a set of 20.
