I am running a 3.2 with a k+n filter and maf. It has a velios oil tank. My oil is becoming milky. I assume there is some condensation issues going on but I also think the induction system of the air filter being exposed to the elements causing some of this. I have been told to run the beast for a while to burn off the water. What else should I do? Is there a way to protect the air filter from the wet? huh.gif

I think the person was right. IIRC, your oil is not getting up to temp. Run it good and hard. driving.gif

Yep, too many short distances will do that
Give the car a good run for it's money

If you think it's really bad, refresh the oil

If the oil is visibly "milky", I'd drain it and start again.

I try not to fire mine up unless I'm gonna run it for 15-20 minutes minimum....more is better.

agree.gif drive it and get it warmed up. go for a 200-300 mile trip on some windy backroad and let her play.

then, change the oil to something good, like mobile1 ...
