When I was selling off the parts that I thought I would not need for my build I sold my set of NOS seat belts. Now it looks like I will be needing some. Is there a some source for new replacements. They do not need to be factory only new.
Thanks,
Chris

Just to clarify, you're looking for three point belts that look stock and fit in place w/o mods?

Oh, found your build thread here. So the point is they should look nice for a very well turned-out street car, yes?

Are you looking for retracting belts or the early style? PM me your email, I'll check the garage, I know I have most of a retractable set somewhere out there.

Yes I need need the three point retractable seat belts to fit in the stock location and i am not concerned about if they are stock they just need to be new. So if there is a repro out there for a good price or something out of a different car that people are using that would be great.
Thanks for your help,
Chris

Chris,

Try calling these guys for a rebuild/rewebbing of yours. They used to list a core/exchange one for 914s, but it doesn't list it anymore.

They're relatively close to you - in Los Osos.

Has anyone dared to try this?

David, thanks for the seatbelts

944 seatbelts will fit right in '73-'76 MY. You will have modern day genuine Porsche part. I will be installing seatbelts from 968 on mine '76.
