I was just cruising e-Bay and came across what seems to be a very nice six in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Odd that a seller would go to lengths to keep it original, matching nos., etc. & advertise it as such, and then have other mods like BMW 320 brakes on it.

#9140432281 is listed in the registry:
http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?act...mp;viewid=12028Looks nice, worthy of closer inspection. Says he has the original front brakes... were BMW 320 stoppers an improvement?

They were considered an upgrade at one point.

We should take a poll to see what it will end up going for. I imagine it will end up on a boat back to Germany,
My estimate is 48 to 54K

Nice Looking car, but no shots of the engine - my estimate, $37,000
Hey it comes with Two 8-Track Players !
It caught me wierd when the Seller said he had sold $550,000 worth of cars on eBay, so I looked at his Feedback - 1932 Feedback but only 1 in the last 12 months ( and that was a year ago). It looked like 90% of the stuff he sold was Nintendo - He's just a Consignment Seller.
