dates 4/28 - 5/2, but most of action on the weekend. 100 people? mighty early to guess.

'main event' would be Sat night BBQ

Thanks, I would feel comfortable cooking up to 500!

So, 100-200 is no problem.

Menu ideas:

ribeye steaks
burgers and dogs ( or brats, polish? )
ribs
chicken

corn in husk
thick cut onions
bell peppers
zuchinni halves

any combo you want, spiced, marinated or sauced on the spot.

I know Joe Buckle is planning on attending this event and I am sure he would volunteer to assist you with the BBQ as well. He is a BBQ master and has quite a setup himself at his house. He married a Phillipino girl and she has a large family and he does it about once a month and cooks enough for an army. So if you need any assistance I am sure he would love to help.
