Guys,
I am on project for my type 4 conversion for my beetle, i have bought 1,8 head but no good condition. now i decide to change w/ 2.0 head, please let me know if you have. Prefer to buy $700 shipped for pair.

I have a perfect pair of 1973/1974 2.0 core heads for $600. and 1975/1976 heads for $500. but post to Indonesia looks to be $362!! (38 pounds, double boxed) Brad

Ghie, The head will just fit in the large flat rate box. I can pack them well but the box isn't large enough to assure safe international shipping. I can add sheet metal to the bottom and wood on 2 sides but damage might still occur.
Also, Jim Kelly asked to clarify for you if the heads I ship were ready to use. This was my reply to him:
Jim, thank you for the refer. The heads are as removed from the engine. The seats are original without previous machining. I always replace the sodium filled 2.0 exhaust valves because of the possibility of failure. At minimum, the valves should be lapped in. If a "valve job" is performed, it should be done by an expert. I have seen way too many hack jobs. I no longer have the equipment to do this service and send the work to a local race shop or Tuttle's VW parts exchange in CA. if additional work is required. Brad

I would prefer to ship into two package since the custom so strick about pacakge morÉ than 10kg weight, please give me quote for that. Can you arrage shipping cost for $150 both package? Please really need your help.
