This offer is not meant to piss off everyone that paid $10.00 per pair, but I won't have to pay $1.00+ for the padded bubble envelope and first-class postage, plus I won't have to pay Paypal their percentage fee. This all totals to about $2.00 in costs that I usually absorb.
