There is a very nice looking black 914 on ebay right now with a side stripe that has a little different twist, anyone else ever see this? ie the red and blue...

I've never seen a stripe like that, but it seems to match the Ohio license plates.

It seems like he bought two stipes, red and blue, and mounted them above and below the white stripe.

Yep just plain old stripe tape. Buy em' at any auto paint store.
