It's those stupid nut like things which hold the PORSCHE script on the engine lid. Hard to buy 'em if you don't know their name. They are sold with the round rubber bumpers/washers underneath.

Blessings be upon you.

Edit: who sells them at a reasonable price?
Black22
I think they're called speed nuts. Pelican has them. Don't know prices.
PanelBilly
Westco has them too, except without the rubber. They work fine
bandjoey
Pep boys without the rubber back but they work

OK I'l share one of my Concour secrets. . . McMaster Carr sells a box of 100 for around $9 IIRC. . . but they don't have the black inserts. . .
then I found a bunch of rubber grommets at a wholesale liquidator near me for cheap $$. . . that , when cut in half, they fit inside the nut portion and they protrude around the base flange' . . . . . once installed, they appear identical to factory.. .

here's the McMaster part and number. . . current price if $9.49 per box of 100
