Do you pull it all the way over the rubber grommet so the end is in the groove or do you snug it up with a zip tie where there is a groove in the boot. It seems like the hole is too small to pull it all the way over into the groove and the boot is too large to seal around the rubber grommet deal.

It goes on that rubber donut. Getting it up into place isn't that bad...

I'm assuming your saying to slide the end halfway over the donut so it sits in the groove?

You want it in the groove.
