It's the time of the year when we get emissions tests done on all of the vans at work. My boss always has us do the same thing, run Amoco ultimate for a tankful, then fill it again with the Amoco ultimate adding STP fuel treatment, then we have the test performed.

What are your thought about this?

Is Amoco ultimate really a better gas, or is another product superior?

and... What would be the best gas to use in a 914? idea.gif

I did this also...I use Shell premium and Tektron additive.

Works like a charm.
Also...on any onramp...floor it....blow all the crap out.

Don't think I've ever had a properly tuned fuel injected car not pass, no matter what gas.

Aamaco Ultra used to be the bomb, but the were bought out by BP in the late 90s or early 2000s and I don't know anymore. Ink ea lots of guys that used to use Ultra as white gas in thier camp stoves, and I had more then one person tell me that white gas was Amaco Ultra.
