Some pitting on the glass but otherwise these should clean up pretty easy. $50 +shipping

There are no wires attached. That's easy to remedy from what I can see. Inside there's a screw-down clamp to pinch the positive wire... and the light appears to be grounded through the housing to the body of the car.
The overall diameter is about 5-1/4" The glass itself is about 4-3/8".
