Hey guys.
Without adding a turbo or replacing engine parts how can I boost power or at least get all it should have. Have K&N filter and Electronic ignition now. Mostly bone stock 73 injected 1.7. Low ser# btw.
Thanks in advance.

I have been working on a desgin but I don;t have the time to see it to fruition. If someone else wants to take over my project go ahead. I would appreciate 10% of sales seeing as how I did all the research

Change out the Hamster. The original is long since dead from age or over-excersion... or it ate some rust, that probably kills hamsters as well.

Drivers Training will add speeeeed, or so I'm told.

This approaches the realms of alchemy! stirthepot.gif

Even if you add 5 HP, would you notice it? Probably have lost more to wear and tear over the years than you could regain with bolt on goodies. Rebuild and go 2056.

Hey Crash : I'd say carbs , cam , p's and c's and head porting are the

easy'est ways to start .

but just a little know fact : If you shed weight you gain power to weight ratio

so that the way I went lose weight , unsprung and sprung
Tom
I think that would depend on why you want more power. If you want to use the potential of the car for driving curvy roads or AX, better brakes, tires, suspension, and seat time will pay you the best dividends.

Most bang for buck without removing the cylinder heads: Tangerine EVO 1 1/2"
hands down.

Take up the valve lash by a half-thousand or so and

You won't believe the power. What did "EB" say?....
