Full Version: What is this part?
Is that the piece of engine sheet metal that sits under the cooling fan?
I don't reconize it, its not cooling tin either. Could be a restoration piece?
must be a bed pan?
Protects fuel pump in front trunk on later models?? 
It looks "pre-rust" so most of us have never seen it in that condition. 
Doesn't look like a 914 part to me.

This part is not for late fuel pump cover. I don't recognize it.
