OK these aren't Porsches, but FCA had a big concours here in Scottsdale yesterday and had to go see... early morning set up with some nice cars including David MacNeil's F40, one of my favourite cars of all time. (Good money in floor mats!!!)
Today I got the '73 off the top of the lift and am taking to a local cars and coffee tomorrow AM

Boxster spare and jack etc, Jim?
I did a slight tune adj on the 914 now thst I can drive it, last week was getting my MC in and brakes bled, today was getting my timing set a bit better- had been thinking my idle was just a bit too rich at AFR~9-10, and a bit too fast so re checked timing on the 123 ignition and now my idle is back down to 900rpm, and AFR now reads 11.8 on idle . I think the plugs were getting loaded with the rich idle.
With that very happy with that! Acceleration feels good, and temps look good too.
Next projects in line are a new window regulator in the Maserati and then back to the 914 to re-do the sail panel vinyl, I have 4 projects for that to tidy it up before Amelia Island in March.

Yep
Found a guy on eBay who was doing spec Boxsters; he pulls out all the spare tire stuff including the foam holder and cover. Takes up a lot less room

I used a closed cell foam product that I bought on-line from Foam Factory. It's 3/8 thick. I cut it with a hot-knife, which makes for a really clean cut. I also have a template available...

Finally I was able to do something with my project.
Pulled it from the corner of my garage and cleaned it and slight buffing.
Then tucked it in again to the corner.
