My guess is you are talking about a conversion car.

The copper tubing idea was tested extensively in the early days of cars.
I'm pretty sure there is a reason why we don't remember the names of those who tried ...

Yes, a conversion.
My electrician was running some ideas by me on how a person could maybe make one out of copper tubing or use the insides of a A/C unit?

My custom made aluminum radiator seems to have developed a leak somewhere. Ultimately won't know till I take it out and have it pressure checked to better determine if it is a pinhole or a crack and send it back to have it fixed? That's why maybe was tossing around an idea to make one out of copper tubing, but that may be getting out there........
