picked up a set of 4 brand new Bosch injectors ($40 each) that are supposed to be identical to the 2.0 injectors except for the length/shape of the inlet hose....the flow rates I find for these are 38.1 lbs/hr @ 3 bar

anyone have the rates for the 2.0 injectors

Brad Ander's site has that info. 380cc/min at 2.0bar (which is probably gauge, not absolute). According to the SDS tech pages (an excellent general EFI resource, btw), 38lbs/hr measured in the standard way (which appears to be 3.0bar absolute, or 2.0 bar gauge) is equivalent to 400cc/min, so the numbers are pretty close.

The SDS page also notes that injectors that large are good for 275hp on a four-cylinder engine, which makes them gigantic for the stock 2.0. The 1.7 injectors (according to Brad) are 275cc/min, or good for 190hp according to SDS, making even the 1.7 injectors pretty oversized for even a well-tuned 2.0, let alone the 80hp stock 1.7. All of this explains why Dave Hunt had so much trouble getting a good idle out of his MS'd D-Jet setup, which forced him to use the hi-res MS code to get the idle pulsewidth small enough to prevent being way too lean or way too rich at light loads.

Running injectors more in the 200-250cc/min range (140-180hp) seems to be the better angle for an EFI setup on the Type IV. Better accuracy at small throttle openings, but plenty of flow for even a mildly turbo'd 1.8 (which is your plan, if I'm not mistaken).
