Why do the Intake lifters wear so significantly more than the Exhausts?
Is this a OE geometry issue or a physical characteristic of this design?

Just a guess on my part but maybe the bigger intake valves use heavier valve springs which is more pressure and wear.

I find over and over again that the exhaust lifters wear more significantly.
