Has anyone used the 2 arm engine stand vs. the 4 arm ? Is the 2 arm version to light for a type IV engine and not as good of quality?

The stand for a type 1, the empi with 2 arms is not substantial enough to use for a type 4. You can use it up to putting on the heat exchangers, I would say. It's risky, still. I have dropped one before I upgraded my stand. I got my 4 arm off thesamba guy, but on ebay. The 3 leg thing is probably worse than the 2 arm thing actually.
