Carbs, linkage and manifolds. They seem to be for bus or bug.

Finally got around to putting the dirtbike back together, clearing the bench, putting away all the tools and taking pics of the carbs.
I really don't know anything about these carbs. They were in the trunk of the '74 when I brought it down from Oregon. Everything moves freely on them. Linkage looks weird to me like it might be connected at one point rather than where it's supposed to be.
