Argh, it wouldn't seem so funny if your yard were infested with the cute little buggers.
We have had the bunny season from hell and there are literally 3-5 out mowing (killing) our lawn at any point in time during the morning or evening hours. There is nothing that can be done other than shooting 'em, which would not go over well at all with our 3 year old or the neighbors... The dogs have long since given up chasing the quick little varmints although they have actually caught one or two.

years ago a friend of mine and i would spend our weekends waking around parts of southern california doing our part to reduce the rabbit population, using compound bows. we never made a dent, but the ones we got showed the population to be a disease infested lot.
wow, that is an old memory...
and i was born in the year of the rabbit. irony? or just silly?

While in college many moons ago, I worked summers at a golf course. Those darned varmints were everywhere. We started throwing golf balls at them. Kill ratio wasn't too high but it was quite comical to chase them in the cushman pickup and wack one while on the fly. Ok, we were a little sick...

Get a greyhound or Whippet. That will fix there furry little asses. I had a dog that was part rat terrier. Most hard headed dog I ever seen but fast as lightning. and too smart for the owner.
