Got a set from Rich (rdauenhauer)


I was reckless when removing the air hoses from the fresh air box to the heater valves behind the fuel tank, and broke one of the dang'd things

These are the black accordion-snorkel type hoses, roughly 2" dia, about 8" long.

Those are available new and relatively cheap.

I know it says for 911 but they only list one kind for the 914 and those are all the same.
There are two sizes: 50mm and 60mm and different lengths.
You need the 60mm with internal aluminum coating and cut it to the length you need.

And this is a 55mm for inside the engine compartment (some models)

I bought 2 of 60mm and replaced all the hoses in my car.

BTW, I wish you outlive the hose

My internal air hoses are OK, its the plastic hoses from the diverter valves to the fresh air box under the front cowl. They look like this:




I do need some of the foil-lined paper hoses for the engine compartment in one of the 911s though. Thanks for the link
