Does anyone know if the metal rust replacement panels that Mittelmotor http://www.mittelmotor.de/english/startenglish.htm sells are made by Restoration Design? Mittelmotor seems to have every panel that you could possibly need.

Don't think these panels come from Rest.Design
Most panels listed at Mittelmotor aren't available from Rest.Design...

I have a printed catalog from Mittelmotor from a couple of years ago and they seem to list just about everything for a 914.

don't know about the mittelmotor guys, but there are a few people in the VW scene in germany that bought the original sheet-metal stamps from VW after they discontinued the cars (like karman-ghia etc.). they now do limited runs every year of new sheetmetal parts. expensive but as good as original. someone might have done the same with the 914 stamps ...

Most sheetmetal is NLA from Porsche (like the inner long that was just recently discussed)

I'm pretty sure that the MittelMotor parts are from Porsche or Porsche Classic
They list a lot of stuff that they don't stock...
