I had been smelling a little gas from time to time, never found source till I went to leave this AM.

Leak by #1 injector, I pulled it, hose looks fine, looks like there is a hair line crack in the blue plastic right where nipple for the fuil hose goes in. I cannot see any other spots where leak could be coming from....

Is this my failure spot?

Anyone know where to get a 1.8L injector on a sunday morning in North West Chicago suburbs

clean it with brake/carb cleaner and coat it with JB Weld. It should hold until you can find another.

Duck tape, carb cleaner, and 5 minute epoxy. Fix damn near anything, add WD40 and you have a full tool kit.

Seams to have worked, I ordered the Borg Warner rebulit units.
